For privacy reasons, add a client parameter to suppress showing caller IP Address or cookie to the operator. When this feature is activated, the operator will not see the caller's cookie or IP Address. This feature will be activated for a group with a simple profile configuration setting.
This feature shouldn't impact anywhere else a caller's IP address might be shown, for example to an admin user - it should only affect the chat screen used by the operator.
