#23 Use a popup for chat user details instead of a stack panel

The chat panel is currently a stack panel consisting of two panels: (1) for the chat (2) for information on the users participating in the chat. Because the stack panel is used, the header bars for both the panels are displayed. This takes up space given that only the chat panel is used 99% of the time. Instead of using a stack panel, use a single panel for displaying the chat and use a popup when the user clicks on a "chat detail" button in the chat panel. This will reduce space constraints especially in a tablet device.
