#47 Mobile: Chat setup screen doesn't adjust orientation

The chat setup screen ("Setting up chat with ...") doesn't
resize when switching from landscape to portrait and vice versa;
once the chat screen appears ("Please hold while we transfer..."),
resize is OK. Any panel that uses a
value in pixels instead of percentages needs to handle screen orientation
change.
