#11 Brute Force

Hello, I have ALP installed and I am just doing some testing. Now I know this system works great as it does on my other account but for this one particular reseller I have I just cant get it to work. Heres the problem when trying to create a package on ALP and then clicking the little world button.
Error pops up:
Creating package ... Server response: Brute Force Protection This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic. Login Username Password // © cPanel, Inc. 2009
Now I know I am not blocked as I can log in to my WHM and the support team have infact flushed the brute force database. Yet this still happens.
Any ideas?
