#5 Maxmind Phone Verification

I hope that the geo ip is a good idea for basic fraud protection at minimal right now but would it be possible to add Maxmind and Maxmind Phone Verification? That would be awesome since I use paypal and many people use paypal. It would be good for 2checkout too. Thank you for your time.
