It would be great to have affiliate software integration for a open source affiliate tracking software. Unfortunately the only affiliate tracking software that I can find doesn't have an active community.
What is the name of the affiliate tracking software script?

So far I have found two that are GPL'd: affiliates for all and eLitius Affiliate. I have installed them both and have started looking into the integration.

I would prefer in-house affiliate system within ALP since it would works better than integrating other affiliate script (might not be completely compatible) into ALP.

Affiliates for All website said it is for Magento shopping cart.
