#1 Error caused by Custom Page

I found that if you create a custom page through AccountLab Plus to use as the terms and conditions for the checkout process that it causes the welcome and invoice email not to be sent and from the admin control panel no name to appear for the person going through the checkout process. After using an outside page instead for the terms and conditions it ended up working fine.
