accordeur 0.6.0 released

accordeur is a tuner for music instruments (piano, guitar or others).
The interface includes a spectrum displays and a visual bar, allowing easy tuning.
The algorithm is optimised to allow good performances even with higher and lower piches.
You can choose your instrument between many predefined, or define your own by editing instruments.txt file.
Release 0.6.0 includes possibility to change temperament, either by choosing predefined or by defining new in temperaments.txt file.
