Multi modules on front page, multi-menu setup, and other fixes/progress.

Basics of email new user validation done. More to do.

A few updates, as well as an example module file that can be uploaded to see how that part works.

Some new bits added. See release notes.

Added Extended Fields (that are attached to users).

Still in the first stages, but quite a bit more done. System for uploading modules, access level checking for menus and modules, allowed ability to remove admin access from board positions. New module administration integration into current admin page. And a few other bits.

This is really a sort of pre-alpha release. Changes from last are:

- Added ability to switch between 2 and 3 column layout
- Added ability to make contact positions administration (ie webmaster)
- Added ability to change module position

Still a long way to go, but it's coming together. Next up is automatic module installation as well as adding administration from new modules to the administration page seamlessly.
