I installed the AG software as an admin, and tried
running the software as an ordinary user. When I log
into the Virtual Venues for the first time, I am given
a window from VIC requesting that I give the standard
RTP information.
This goes back to an earlier bug that there might need
to be some accomodation between an admin who does
maintainence (super node-op/super-op) and a user
(regular node-op).

When I did a reinstall of RC2 as admin, and then logged in
as a regular user...the first time running VIC did not
produce the RTP windows. So, it seems that the reinstall
did not overwrite the RTP file that contains this
information.
