#46 talk indicator in RAT

In TC # 22 for Ag to lobby test cases the following
behaviour is expected

"The status bar should activate as well as the diamond
next to your Rat id should be colored in Green (yellow
or red diamond indicates packet failure)."

but the diamond next to my id on my own RAT does not
turn green when I am talking. Rather, for all the
participants present in the room, diamonds next to
their ids turn green on my RAT if their talk is on.
So I assume that when my talk is on, my diamond
should turn green on their screens. I tested this with
the other node that we have in EVL and this indeed is
the case.

So probably the test case should be changed to reflect
this.
