Gentner doc now in place
Voyager doc cancelled for this release

Retreat docs:
All docs now in place except Evans Craig's (no legible
copy available) and Jay Carlson's (he doesn't have
permission to distribute). Also, I discovered that my talk
from the SC Global panel at the retreat was missing, so I
put it in (and gave it to Mary for the web). I also
reformatted the index page with tables rather than
non-breaking spaces, and fixed a couple spelling errors in a
file and directory name ("proceedings" replaced
"preceedings" in both places).
