Yay!!

I finally have ChannelFinder building completely on Cloudbees, with a local mySQL instance being started pre-build in the Jenkins job, Maven/Cargo starting a Glassfish container, the webapp being deployed, and the Python integration-tests being run through exec-maven and nosetests (for the xml test report).

Look at the "ChannelFinder - Build" job to see how it works. I split the generic and the CF specific mySQL pre-build commands into two scripts for clarity.

@Kunal: please disable the CF build on irmis-dev.

To-be-done: integrate the xml test report in the report section.
