Going back to this.

It was actually a good thing we were few people at the meeting: we ended up figuring out the mechanics. The way it works is that we write the "what we did/what will do" notes all together, and then people see what the other are writing and ask questions/give comments. This goes actually very fast and no time is wasted on things nobody is interested in discussing.

Now, for the day. Thursday is bad for Ralph. How about Wednesdays? Same time. Remember: it's a once a month thing (not every week).

 We'll go around the table, with everyone saying what they did this month and what they are planning to do for the next. We'll write notes in a way that can be sent to management (Bob and Shen at this point) and to the absentees. It's nicer if you have something cool to show off!
