Yessir.
Any recurring appointments I have that are using a fixed weekday, are on
Thursdays.
I won't be able to participate on 2 Thursdays per month, and it is
unlikely that I will be able to arrange late shifts on Thursdays. (As I
am blocking Thursdays in my shift preferences because of the recurring
appointments.)

21:00h should work for me on regular evenings.
