#18 Failed Detection of Feig reader on com port

The Feig reader implementation sometimes fails to detect a reader on the com-port specified. After a number of tries (i.e. restarting the Reader Protocol) the serial connection to the FEIG MR101 Serial usually succeeds. This issue occurred when I used a Lindy USB to 4 serial hub and three FEIG MR101 Serial Readers conncected via the IscanController. To fix this problem we should make repeated attempts to connect in the IscanController implementation.
