We are happy to announce that a successor to this project ,DEMUX Framework, has been launched. Visit the new project at http://demux.vektorsoft.com.
DEMUX Framework is evolution of Acapulco, adding support for JavaFX, mobile and web applications. We hope to attract a lot of community members to this new project.
As of October 10th, 2012, Acapulco Framework will no longer be developed. The reason is that we feel that Swing will no longer be primary Java GUI toolkit, and will slowly be replaced by Java FX. Our intention is to create another project that will focus on Java FX and new technologies.
Thanks to everybody who supported and tried the project.
Source code will still be available on SourceForge, and web site will still be operational for forseeable time.
