ACADO code repository is moved to Github

Hello,

We have decided recently to move our code repository and issue tracker to Github, in order to establish better dev workflow and be more open-source minded :).

The migration went just fine. The installation guide(s), wiki pages, are updated, too. Please tell us if you have any difficulties downloading the code from the new repository.

A big thanx goes to our new team member, Greg Horn! :)
