#3 generate pdf versions of long pages

Some pages, such as the dolphin-demo/tech page are long
and suitable for offline reading and printing.
Auto-conversion of such pages into PDF files might
prove useful.

One possible tool is html2ps, followed up by conversion
into pdf , possibly by using ghostscript.

This should all be driven by the website ant script.
