JSON Parser for Progress ABL.

This project is based on cJSON project (http://sourceforge.net/projects/cjson/), an ultra-lightweight and portable JSON parser.

In order to use it on Windows the cJSON source code need to be adapted slightly, the date/datetime support is not implemented in cJSON project but we can provide a version that follows the Microsoft convention "/DATE(timestamp)/" (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb412170.aspx).
