#4 abc2midi - MIDI ticks / quarter

Hi there!

After I have converted an ABC file to midi and loaded
in my favourite midi editor, I realised that the
default MIDI ticks per quarter is 479 in the converted
file. (Most of the editors uses 240, 480 or 960).
Because 479 cannot be divided by 3, all of my triplets
get messed (320+319+319).
Would it be possible to let the user set the midi
ticks/quarter via command line argument?
Or - at least - could you set the ticks/quarter to a
more common value in your program (eg. 480 or 960)?
