#9 '~' in lyrics doesn't work

According to the abc format description in file
abcguide.txt, '~' should be displayed as empty space (it
works), but the syllables connected with it should be
assigned to _the same note_, and in iabc they are not -
they are separated. I'm writing some songs in Polish,
where there are prepositions like 'w' or 'z', which are
separate words, but of course aren't separate syllables
and in singing must be connected to the beginning of
next word - so that's a problem for me.
