at the moment it is not possible to use the ABAP Code-Formatter-Plugin with Conflunce 4.0.
Is an update planned?

Hello dotsev,

due to changes in the code formatting module in confluence it is actually not possible to provide plugins for syntax highlighting. However there is an open issue for the code formatting module of confluence to ship the required brush file together with the code formatting module within confluence.
