0.2.0.0 of the StatsScript has been released.. Please not this isn't a complete copy, i still have to get my similes and all that working on mysql, for the general public to enjoy. I would appreciate some feedback on it.

Also take note i got the install working properly when you get the script to simply install it type
$ perl statscript.pl --install
You will also have to edit the script, for the username, password, mysql host and database you chose.

Sorry guys, trying to use the template from our otherwebsites, (such as mdch) i killed the website. You will have to put up with it for a while. Although a plus side now is that youc actually access the forums! :S

Theres a new script for download, its for the Hub and for your Website. Your website must have a PHP 4+ server. What the script does is use the hub_timer sub to enter users into a list on your webserver then you can do a simple include(); to post the user list on your site.

Please keep note, we have created MDCH. And we will slowly move our development efforts away from this sourceforge project. We should have moved away and created a new project, because AATOpenDCD had expired ages ago. So we adapted the group in to a OpenDCHub stript storage" place.

I will get computabloke to update his scripts, and vylen to upload his php modifications and scripts. Seening they are updated. Myself i will have to fix up stats script sometime, to match zar's liking. And now my own personal liking. All scripts were to hard to implement, and get working, so more documentation will be comming. Which is all intergrated with our NaniBot section. Also makefiles would be nice, but not necessarly planed.

A new H-S v0.2 is available with several bug-fixes and a few new commands (for details read the changelog). I added more documentation for installation of the essential GeoIP pureperl libaries from CVS (see the README).
Further development of this script will now be suspended until some other important parts of the project have caught up.

As always, feel free to leave feedback/bug reports on this script. When it's been available for a week or so I'll tweak it to final/stable version 0.2 :)

As stated in previous news, it's unlikely any more features will be added to H-S; development efforts in future will be on modifications to the ODCHub source.

Oh yeah, and this has been tested on the new ODCH 0.7.14 just released, with seemingly no effect (good or bad) whatsoever, so all of the excessive entry precautions are still in this script.

Sorry, I've been busy recently, but the next H-S is almost ready for release!!

The new and vastly improved H-S is in final phase of development: testing; and further documentation is being written. (I don't want to upload another half-tested/complete alpha) >_<

The version will include a Hub-Security.config file to make personal customisation much more comfortable. And for admins, most of the configuration variables, from setting the countries allowed, to showing login announcements, will also be settable through main chat commands (similar to the !set and !get already in ODCH).... read more

Im glad to announce that the NaniBot has code, but is currently lacking content on our end. We will write some docs for you and try improve it! Thanks :)

This isn't really a change of direction, but we are letting you know. We are going to start embeding scripts into our own version of the OpenDC hub software!

Just uploaded a new login bot, this time with some coded comments and now local caching, also possiblity of switches added! Need to nanibot it, and make the Forum mod public (talking to developer!)
NaniBot needs a lot of work, will contain all documentation relating to the whole project!

First half of the stats script is finnished
all we need to is fix up the display abit, bug check the mysql storage and produce datafiles (ie smilies).
The next half is userstats, basicly logs what users have used what ip addresses and vice versa!

We have moved off the dodgy OpenDCD hub and we are now working on the OpenDC hub (Pascal based to C based) we currently have the scripts we use to maintain the hubs intergity up.. thats about it, OpenDc is also a sourceforge project, just do a search!

Minor fixes, big ones remain, i mean the software was buggy when i started work on it, i will probably discontinue after this... Please request if you are willing to finnish it!
