A.A.M Direct (formerly NNTP A.A.M Client) is a type of email system whereby two or more people can communicate privately and/or anonymously with strong encryption . It uses the alt.anonymous.messages news group and does not require a usual email address setup. Messages are sent to the news group directly or through Mixmaster remailers.
10-27-2012 - Progran rewritten and now does not require installing any other software. User keys are automatically created.
8-9-2018 - OTP data now aligns correctly upon transfer to main window.
8-10-2018 -After years of trying to find a cure for the program's 'Access Violation' errors, I discovered TIdIOHandler apparently has a bug (upon the discovery of an obscure message in TIdIOHandler on how to get around the error). The program seems to no longer be getting access violations.
8-13-2018 - AAMDirect (now AAMDirect II) no longer needs stunnel for connections. Connect via port 119 with or without SSL or 563 via SSL
8-16- 2018 - Message mail checker updated to not require stunnel. It can also now use Tor.
8-24- 2018 - Slow computers were not able to collect pasted in keys - fixed. List keys button included.
10-7- 2018 - Color change to progress bar.
