Hi there,
we have a wrapper around the AAF SDK (in fact we have another wrapper around that as well...) and the original developer left. Now I'm trying to create an aaf with a timeline that has two mono audio tracks. However I run into problems when opening up the aaf in avid...
When opening up the aaf in avid we cannot play the sequence but get "PMM_AUDIO_MISMATCH_FORMAT" error instead. If we now try to open up a working aaf created by avid itself that contains the same audio mxf, that doesn't work either. We only can see waveforms on audio track two and the first audio track has a clip that is completely blank. However if we open up the aaf created by avid first and after that we open up the aaf generated using our AAF SDK wrapper, both work just fine. Does that ring a bell with anybody?
I thought it might have something to do with the PhysicalTrackNumber or the MobSlotID being set incorrectly. Does that sound reasonable?
Any help would be really appreciated!
Thanks!
Tobi
