#78 Exception in OM with Schemasoft library when saving file

When using the Schemsoft Library, under certain
conditions, notably early closing of streams, an
exception can be thrown when closing the file. This is
because the stream is deleted when closed via
CloseStorage and leaves a dangling pointer in
OMDataStreamProperty.

This does not happen in MS library because the COM
layer reference counts the pointers and the stream is
not deleted.
