#67 DigitalImageDescriptor optional property problems

1) The following properties are incorrectly assigned
default values in the ImplAAFDigitalImageDescriptor ctor:

_compression
_sampledHeight
_sampledWidth
_sampledXOffset
_sampledYOffset
_displayHeight
_displayWidth
_displayXOffset
_displayYOffset
_alphaTransparency
_gamma
_imageAlignmentFactor

2) The following are documented in the latest spec, and
are declared in AAFMetaDictionary.h, but are not
present in the ImplAAFDigitalImageDescriptor class
declaration:

FiedlDominance
FieldStartOffset
FieldEndOffset

3) GetCompression() does not check, and does not
return the appropriate error code, if the _compression
property value is not set. (It never fails, at the moment,
because a value is assigned in the ctor.)

4) In the 9 Dec 2003 version of the V1.0.1 specification,
on page 69, "Conditional rule 3" is mislabaled as rule 2.
This is conditional rule applies to the
DisplayWidth/Height/XOffset/YOffset properties.
