#63 optional properties in ImplAAFSourceClip

GetSourceReference (to get SourceID, SourceSlotID and
startTime) throws a AAFRESULT_PROP_NOT_PRESENT
when optional prop startTime is not present. Seems a
little OTT when SourceID and SourceSlotID are
requested and startTime is optional. Query, second
