#2 Unable to Play AAC SHOUTcast Streams in WMP 9

I am unable to play SHOUTcast streams using Windows
Media Player 9. I have tried several different computers.

However the somafm stream at:
http://war.str3am.com:7800
plays using Vivid Player.

I am able to play ADTS AAC files using Windows Media
Player OK.

I have submitted AAC / HE AAC / aacPlus
SHOUTcast/Icecast2 stream detail information elsewhere
in the Forums.

Please advise.
