This version correctly handles carriage returns.

This version is optimized for faster performance. There is still a long way to go for optimal performance.

The newest version of a2png can now be compiled with the GD library, in case you don't have Cairo Graphics installed.

This version is also compatible with older GCC compilers (2.95.4)
