1) Add support for buttons, founded in Jabra BT620s bluetooth headset: 'rewind' and 'fast forward'.
* Some code formatting has been applied to source files.

2) Add lircrc file for controlling amarok without KDE3's IRKick support (over 'dcop'). Tested on amarok 1.4.7, should work on older versions.
