#4 html: absolute links generated

In the html generation, absolute path names are
generated.

This makes it almost impossible to put the generated
html on the web.

As example see
http://a-s-m.sourceforge.net/XasmMontagesHtml

Fixing would help the work with the Xasm's Montages
semantics,
as one could put them in html version as well and start
discussing
on email with persons who did not download the tool
yet.
