#82 Forward Quarantine mail to other email account(s)

To have within ASK, or more specifically the 'ASK Queue
Report', the additional option to forward mail to one or
more specific email accounts defined by settings within
the '.askrc' file, or otherwise.

An example use of this feature is to have mail sent to
a 'notspam' or 'spam' email account by a user through
the 'ASK queue report' that could be parsed by
SpamAssassin's bayesian learning script 'sa-learn'.

Users would issue their 'ask process queue' remote
command, and the resulting 'ASK queue report' would
have additional commands/options in it, so that the user
could click (html commands), or request an action
(textmode commands) to have that message delivered
to 'notspam' or 'spam' accordingly using the
SpamAssassin example.

Of course these email accounts would need to exist for
this to work.
