Hello all, Is it possible to explicitly run a target from inside another one ? I wan to run some conditional checkings in python, and if they eval to true, I want to set some vars and "call" a target to be run. Thanks.. -- Best regards, Steve Howe mailto:ho...@ca... |

I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but perhaps the ":update" command is what you need? :update [{force}] target ... Update "target" now, if it is outdated or when "{force}" is used. One or more targets can be specified, each will be updated. When this appears at the top level, a dependency or rule for the target must already have been specified, there is no look-ahead. -- Never eat yellow snow. /// Bram Moolenaar -- Br...@mo... -- http://www.moolenaar.net \\\ /// Creator of Vim - Vi IMproved -- http://www.vim.org \\\ \\\ Project leader for A-A-P -- http://www.a-a-p.org /// \\\ Lord Of The Rings helps Uganda - http://iccf-holland.org/lotr.html /// |
