WhatsApp Desktop Client Code

Added a combobox on the login form for the country code, country code,
phone number etc.. are now seperate.. I have made these changes in the database as well
as in WhatsAppHelper.cs and in WhatsappAccount.

fixed stupid Kirk's phone number

fixed problem, when country code was not +xx program would fail..

accidently deeleted .resx files

okay final commit now (sorry for empty changes).. should be updated now..
added Form_Main and finished Form_Login
