Fixed a couple minor issues

Added jpegencoder.swc for much faster encoding.
Still need to check for memory leaks and decide if the file size trade-off is worth the speed increase.

Fixed image resizing logic when the image size is not actually changed. The original file is sent if no changes to the image are required.

Updated demos DOC type.
Updated features demo to support button cursor.
Fixed button cursor issue when button image is used.
Synced FP9 and FP10 code

Added uploadResizeStart event.
Added allowEnlarge parameter for resize.

Updated docs with info on handling resized image uploads.

Fixed NULL BYTE issue in serverData (part of Flash's ExternalInterface bug).
Rebuilt in "Release" mode.
