Edited wiki page through web user interface.

Added uploadResizeStart event.
Added allowEnlarge parameter for resize.

Updated docs with info on handling resized image uploads.

Fixed NULL BYTE issue in serverData (part of Flash's ExternalInterface bug).

Added missing onload method what originally in the swfobject plugin. This fixes the swfobject demo.
Updated docs with onload as well.

Changed when cleanUp is called because it was locking Chrome during load. It is now called from flashReady.
Also removed all the ExternalInterface restoration stuff. I don't think I could ever show that it really did anything useful.

Created Flash Player 9 compatible swf file.

Had to split to a separate Flash Player 9 version because it doesn't support the Vector type that the JPG encoding uses (and which makes it very fast).

Stripped out the Resize stuff in the FP9 version
