Updated to swfobject v2.1 - Have not tested yet

Fixed problem where uploadSuccess would not fire if no content was returned from the server.
Updated all the demos for the above fix.
Updated docs and change logs.

Updated so file object receives raw data and added some shortcut formatting functions.

Updated speed demo

Added code that repairs Flash's EI clean up code that triggered errors of SWFUpload was removed from the page in IE.

Added web.config for PHP on IIS for setting the maximum file size.

Re-enabled attempt to prevent caching

Removed unneeded fields from Speed demo display
