Distributed fixed Queue Plugin to demos (oops, I forgot this)

Added ExternalInterface demo. It allows you to manipulate the movie in various ways to see what actions break the ExternalInterface. It also allows you to see if SWFUpload is able to re-establish the ExternalInterface after it has broken.

Updated Change Logs

Fixed a bug where the user's startUpload function is not called.

Fixed cleanUp and JSLinted.

Added re-initialize of ExternalInterface.
Fixed stopUpload bug in swfupload.queue.js
Fixed FileProgress.js so hidden elements become visible again if reloaded (it probably would have been easier to just drop the element from the DOM once it finishes hiding)
