Updated demos for prettiness and CSS issues.

Removed the graceful degradation plugin. It no longer works in IE.
Fixed up the Forms demo and removed graceful degradation plugin. (need to replace with SWFObject)
Minor update to Multi Instance Demo.

Fixed wmode. Unwrapped "callFlash". I'm not sure why it was wrapped in a nested function at all.

Updated the demos to work with Flash Player 10. The graceful degradation plugin is still broken (hidden flash will not execute). We'll have to figure out what to do with it.

Added Padding setting for the Flash button.
