Updated documentation
Fixed cancelling in the application demo. (untested)

Added an eventQueue to the JS file. This fixes out of order setTimeout calls that occur in Safari.

FileItem.as: converted the status constants to type INT instead of Number for consistency
SWFUpload.as: removed old Timer code that got missed when calling uploadError (cancelled)
Updated the project to autorun the deploy batch on build.

Removed testing code from multiuploaddemo/upload.php and fixed a logic bug.
Updated the build datestamp in SWFUpload.as
Fixed type-o in Changelog.txt

Updated upload.php in the different demos with better upload checking.
Updated js folders for the demos
Worked around an ExternalInterface bug by escaping backslashes in ExternalCall.
