SWFUpload Code

Updated the Forms demo to work with Revision 5.2. Updated PHP to use the <?php opening tag.

Updated multiuploaddemo to work with new version of SWFUpload. Fixed bugs in SWFUpload.as
Added a setting for overwriting _showUI in swfuploadr5.js.

Changed files from UTF8 (with header) encoding to ANSI encoding. The UTF8 header is not understood by PHP and gets sent along with binary data in downloads and makes the downloaded file invalid because it has the 3 UTF8 header characters at the beginning.

Updated with latest SWFUpload work (Revision 5.2). Changed demos to PHP
