Renamed R3 to R4

upload.fla: Primarily this fixed an error where for delayed uploading if you canceled the first upload the others would begin immediately. Other modifications include, adding a StopUpload call. Added Javascript Debug calls from the move. Optimized the code. Cleaned up unused variables. Renamed methods to be more consistent and clear. Added comments. Added more error checking. Changed QueueComplete event to only fire if at least one file uploaded successfully.
*Found one bug which I cannot repair*: If you upload a windows Shortcut file you normally get an IO Error. If you "Stop" the upload before it completes you do not get an error and cannot start the upload again.

MultiUploadDemo: Added timed fading out/going away of uploaded items to the MultiUploadDemo which required a wrapper div and CSS modifications. Enabled debug output.

FormsDemo: Added buttons to demonstrate "Stop Upload" and "Cancel All" to the FormsDemo.

mmSWFUploadR3.js: Added handling for -70 error event (when the FileReference.upload call return false). Added method for "Stop Upload" feature. Added handling for SWF->JS debug messages.
