Splat is a dependency-free WebGL renderer for viewing 3D Gaussian Splatting scenes directly in a web browser. It renders photorealistic navigable environments generated from sets of source images. The project uses WebGL 1.0 and is designed to run efficiently on ordinary graphics hardware. Users can load custom .splat files or drag processed .ply files into the page for automatic conversion. Progressive loading allows interaction before every splat has finished loading, while sorting runs asynchronously in a Web Worker. Keyboard, mouse, trackpad, and touch controls provide navigation, camera manipulation, saved viewpoints, and mobile interaction.
