shuohao-skills is a collection of reusable workflows for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex. Its current featured skill transforms novels into structured character-development packages. The workflow can generate character profiles, visual design prompts, voice prompts, and model sheets from source fiction. Output language and image style can be configured for different creative pipelines, although the current implementation is Chinese-first. Installation scripts automatically link skills into supported agent environments and allow individual skills to be installed separately. Each skill is self-contained and includes documentation, deterministic helper scripts, references, examples, and local self-tests.
