Nextbrowser is an open-source desktop workspace for orchestrating AI agents, browser sessions, identities, and repeatable web workflows. It lets users connect local agents such as Claude Code and Codex to managed browser profiles without replacing their everyday browser. Profiles keep accounts and sessions isolated for different tasks, customers, regions, or test environments. The app provides chat history, task queues, stop and edit controls, conversation forks, and streamed agent activity. Live View exposes active pages, tabs, screenshots, page state, and diagnostics while work is running. Reusable skills, custom scripts, scheduled tasks, proxy controls, and fingerprint rotation support more advanced automation. It runs locally and is available as an open-source desktop application for major operating systems.
