React Native Google Places Autocomplete is a customizable location-search component for React Native applications on iOS and Android. It connects to the Google Places Web Service to provide address and place suggestions while users type. Developers can optionally fetch full place details after a selection. Current-location workflows can use nearby-place search or reverse geocoding when a geolocation provider is configured. The component supports predefined places, country restrictions, debounced requests, custom text inputs, custom result rows, and extensive styling. A ref API can control focus, text, clearing, and current-location queries programmatically. Web support is also possible through a proxy because direct Google Places requests are restricted by CORS.
