GitHub Buttons

GitHub Buttons is a lightweight web project for embedding GitHub-related action buttons and live repository or profile statistics on websites. It can display actions such as starring, watching, forking, following, and sponsoring directly from a compact interface. Dynamic counts are retrieved from GitHub so displayed stars, watchers, forks, or followers stay current. Buttons can optionally hide their text or count and can be rendered in regular or large sizes. The project compiles its HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into a self-contained button page suitable for embedding. Its companion site provides a simple generator for configuring buttons without manually constructing parameters.
