[xwax-devel] xwax 1.2 release

I'm pleased to announce a new release:

The major changes in this release are:

* Scan directories only for known file extensions
* Support Novation 'Dicer' controller
* Cue points, including 'punch' feature
* Extra protection against skips: optionally lock memory into RAM
